The cabinet is made of 1.2mm steel plate, which is laser cut and bent before being produced using carbon dioxide shielded welding technology.

The cabinet is designed with partition auxiliary installation brackets. The partition is modularized into different functional partitions according to the storage of different materials. Corresponding partition modules can be used for quick assembly based on the actual type and quantity of materials.

The outer surface of the cabinet and partition is coated with electrostatic spraying technology, which has the characteristics of uniform paint surface, firm adhesion, and strong antioxidant capacity.

The cabinet door glass is made of 4mm thick tempered glass, which has high mechanical strength and is not easily broken. The glass is installed on the inner surface of the door and is pasted with an electromagnetic shielding glass film. An electromagnetic shielding strip is installed at the edge of the cabinet door to isolate the RFID card reading signal inside the cabinet and improve the accuracy of electronic tag reading.

The cabinet door is equipped with a dedicated program-controlled electromagnetic lock, which has automatic locking and door opening detection functions.

The bottom of the cabinet is equipped with casters and support adjustment rods for easy handling and placement adjustment.

The top of the cabinet is designed with hanging rings for easy transportation and loading and unloading.
